Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photos or further details to verify the issue.
Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

Banks and payment providers may take 5–10 business days to process the refund
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was our fault.
Exchanges
We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged.
Please contact us before returning an item for an exchange.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After that period, your order may already be processed and shipped.
